Items Incorrectly Ordered

Items incorrectly ordered or no longer required, the buyer is responsible for all postage costs and a minimum handling charge of 20% will be applied.

In the rare occasion if we have sent an incorrect item or if there is an error in our listing we will be responsible for all the shipping costs.

ALL ELECTRICAL ITEMS BOUGHT IN ERROR OR NO LONGER REQUIRED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

We will exchange or refund faulty parts with the exception of electrical goods which will only be exchanged. Please check goods on receipt and do NOT sign for if damaged.

Faulty/damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt otherwise no refunds will be given. In the event of a part  supplied is proved to be incorrect or faulty upon fitting you must notify EASY CARPARTS LTD within 48 hours.

Refunds are only made upon the RETURN of the goods to EASY CARPARTS LTD premises.

Before returning ANY parts, it must be approved by a member of customer service team. Who will give you a ‘RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER’ – Any parts returned WITHOUT this will be rejected by our warehouse, and will result in a delay.

Getting your part to us

Make sure you pack the item safely and securely, and ensure the RETURN NUMBER is clearly marked on the outside of the box. Please ensure a copy of the original invoice is supplied inside the box.
